VZF II 50 FL 130/25

The Aquametro CONTOIL® VZF II 50 FL 130/25 flow meter is a robust and precise solution for monitoring mineral oil consumption in marine, industrial and energy sectors. Its electronic counter with LCD display shows total and resettable trip volumes, flow rate, temperature, mass and normalized volume in m³, liters, US gallons, tons, kilograms and pounds.

Equipped with programmable outputs (1 analog 4–20 mA and 2 digital for pulse, frequency or logic), the VZF II 50 FL integrates easily into control and automation systems. With a DN 50 flange connection and PN 25 pressure rating, it is engineered for high-demand environments.

This model offers an extended measuring range of 750…30000 l/h and handles continuous flow up to 20000 l/h, while delivering reliable accuracy (±1%) and repeatability (±0.2%). It is especially suited for large-volume oil and fuel applications requiring consistent measurement performance.

The durable construction includes 350 mm installation length, flexible installation orientation (horizontal or vertical), and long-lasting 100 million registration capacity. Designed with IP66/IP68/IP69 protection and wide ambient temperature tolerance from –25…+70 °C, it ensures stable operation under the toughest conditions.
