VZF II 40 FL 130/25

The Aquametro CONTOIL® VZF II 40 FL 130/25 flow meter is designed for accurate and reliable measurement of mineral oil consumption in marine, industrial and energy applications. With its electronic counter and LCD display, it provides total and resettable trip volumes, flow rate, temperature, mass and normalized volume in various units including m³, liters, US gallons, tons, kilograms and pounds.

Equipped with programmable outputs (1 analog 4–20 mA and 2 digital for pulse, frequency or logic), the meter integrates seamlessly into monitoring and automation systems. Its DN 40 flange connection and PN 25 pressure rating ensure robust performance under demanding operating conditions.

The VZF II 40 FL offers a measuring range of 225…9000 l/h and supports continuous flow up to 6000 l/h, maintaining high accuracy (±1%) and repeatability (±0.2%). This makes it ideal for applications requiring precise, large-volume oil and fuel monitoring.

Built for durability, it features a compact 300 mm installation length, flexible installation options (horizontal or vertical), and long-term reliability with 100 million registration capacity.
