VZF II 25 FL 180/25

The Aquametro CONTOIL® VZF II 25 FL 180/25 flow meter is a robust and precise device for monitoring mineral oil consumption in marine, industrial and energy applications. Its electronic counter with LCD display provides clear readings of total and resettable trip volumes, flow rate, temperature, mass and normalized volume in m³, liters, US gallons, tons, kilograms and pounds.

Equipped with a DN 25 flange connection and rated for PN 25 pressure, this model ensures reliable operation under demanding conditions. It features programmable outputs (1 analog 4–20 mA and 2 digital for pulse, frequency or logic) for seamless integration into monitoring and automation systems.

The VZF II 25 FL 180/25 offers a measuring range of 75…3000 l/h and supports continuous flow up to 2000 l/h, with excellent accuracy (±1% of value) and repeatability (±0.2%). With its maximum temperature rating of 180 °C, it is particularly suited for high-temperature mineral oil and fuel applications.

Designed for flexibility, it has a 190 mm installation length, supports both horizontal and vertical mounting, and offers long-term durability with 100 million registration capacity. Its rugged construction with IP66/IP68/IP69 protection and wide ambient tolerance (–25…+70 °C) ensures stable and dependable operation even in harsh environments.
