VZF II 15 FL 180/25

The Aquametro CONTOIL® VZF II 15 FL 180/25 flow meter is a compact and highly accurate device for monitoring mineral oil consumption in marine, industrial and energy applications. Its electronic counter with LCD display provides clear readouts of total and resettable trip volumes, flow rate, temperature, mass and normalized volume in m³, liters, US gallons, tons, kilograms and pounds.

Designed with a DN 15 flange connection and PN 25 pressure rating, this model integrates easily into demanding system setups. It features programmable outputs (1 analog 4–20 mA and 2 digital for pulse, frequency or logic) for seamless connection to monitoring and automation systems.

The VZF II 15 FL 180/25 offers a measuring range of 20…600 l/h and supports continuous flow up to 400 l/h, while maintaining excellent accuracy (±1%) and repeatability (±0.2%). Its extended temperature tolerance up to 180 °C makes it particularly suitable for high-temperature oil applications.

With a compact 165 mm installation length, horizontal or vertical installation options, and long-term 100 million registration capacity, this flow meter ensures dependable performance. Its rugged housing with IP66/IP68/IP69 protection and wide ambient temperature range (–25…+70 °C) guarantees reliable operation even under harsh conditions.
