The Aquametro CONTOIL VZO 40 RC 130/16-RV 1 is a high-capacity, precision ring piston oil meter engineered for reliable measurement of mineral oil consumption in marine, industrial and energy systems. With a nominal diameter of DN 40 and 2-inch threaded ends (for 1½-inch couplings), the VZO 40 RC is ideal for large-diameter pipelines and high-flow applications. It supports both horizontal and vertical installation and maintains excellent accuracy at medium temperatures up to 130 °C and pressures up to PN 16. This model is equipped with an integrated RV reed pulser in the register unit, enabling remote monitoring, data logging and integration into control or automation systems. The pulser supports contact loads up to 48 V AC/DC and 50 mA, with a pulse value of 1 liter, ensuring simple, robust and reliable signal output. The meter offers a wide measuring range of 225 to 9000 l/h and supports continuous flow rates up to 6000 l/h. With an accuracy of ±1 percent of measured value and repeatability of ±0.2 percent, it delivers consistent and precise performance for diesel, heating oil and other mineral oils. The roller counter provides a smallest readable value of 0.1 liter and a registration capacity of 10 million liters, making it suitable for long-term, high-volume consumption monitoring.
