The Aquametro CONTOIL VZO 40 RC 130/16-IN 0.1 is a high-capacity and highly reliable ring piston oil meter designed for precise measurement of mineral oil consumption in marine, industrial and energy applications. Its robust mechanical construction and rotatable roller counter ensure stable long-term performance and clear, dependable indication, even in demanding operating environments. With a nominal diameter of DN 40 and 2-inch threaded ends (for 1½-inch couplings), this model is engineered for large oil supply lines and high-volume flow systems. It installs easily in both horizontal and vertical pipe runs and operates accurately at medium temperatures up to 130 °C and pressures up to PN 16. This version includes a built-on inductive IN pulser according to DIN 19234, enabling reliable electronic signal transmission for monitoring, automation and data acquisition systems. The pulser operates with a supply voltage of 5 to 15 V DC and delivers defined signal levels at 8 V DC (< 1 mA / > 3 mA). With a pulse value of 0.1 liter, it provides high-resolution digital consumption tracking. The VZO 40 RC offers a wide measuring range from 225 to 9000 l/h and supports continuous flow rates up to 6000 l/h, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications. With a maximum measuring deviation of ±1 percent of the measured value and repeatability of ±0.2 percent, the meter ensures consistently precise and reproducible performance for diesel, heating oil and other mineral oils. The mechanical register provides a smallest readable value of 0.1 liter and a large registration capacity of 10 million liters, supporting long-term monitoring in high-throughput environments.
