The Aquametro CONTOIL VZO 25 RC 130/16-RV 1 is a rugged and highly accurate ring piston oil meter designed for precise monitoring of mineral oil consumption in marine, industrial and energy applications. Its robust mechanical design and rotatable roller counter provide clear, dependable readings and long-term reliability even under demanding operating conditions. With a nominal diameter of DN 25 and 1¼ inch threaded ends (for 1 inch couplings), this meter is well suited for medium- and high-capacity oil systems. It installs easily in horizontal or vertical pipe runs and operates reliably at medium temperatures up to 130 °C and pressures up to PN 16. This version features an integrated RV reed pulser within the register unit, enabling remote monitoring, data acquisition and integration into automation or control systems. The pulser supports contact loads up to 48 V AC/DC and 50 mA, with a pulse value of 1 liter per pulse, ensuring simple and robust digital consumption tracking. The VZO 25 RC offers a wide measuring range of 75 to 3000 l/h and sustains continuous flow rates up to 2000 l/h. With a measuring deviation of ±1 percent of the measured value and repeatability of ±0.2 percent, it ensures consistently accurate performance for diesel, heating oil and other mineral oils. The mechanical register provides a smallest readable value of 0.1 liter and an extensive registration capacity of 10 million liters, supporting long-term consumption monitoring without frequent resets.
