The Aquametro CONTOIL VZO 25 RC 130/16-IN 0.1 is a robust and precise ring piston oil meter designed for accurate measurement of mineral oil consumption in marine, industrial and energy applications. Its proven mechanical construction and rotatable roller counter ensure reliable, long-term performance and clear volume indication, even in demanding operating conditions. With a nominal diameter of DN 25 and 1¼ inch threaded ends (for 1 inch couplings), the meter integrates easily into a wide range of oil and fuel supply systems. It supports horizontal and vertical installation, operating dependably at medium temperatures up to 130 °C and pressures up to PN 16. This model is equipped with a built-on inductive IN pulser according to DIN 19234, providing reliable electronic signal output for monitoring, automation or data acquisition systems. The inductive pulser operates with a supply voltage of 5 to 15 V DC and delivers a stable signal at 8 V DC (< 1 mA / > 3 mA). With a pulse value of 0.1 liter, it enables accurate digital consumption tracking with straightforward system integration. The VZO 25 RC provides a wide measuring range from 75 to 3000 l/h and handles continuous flow rates up to 2000 l/h, making it suitable for medium- and high-capacity applications. Its measuring deviation of ±1 percent of the measured value and repeatability of ±0.2 percent ensure consistent and precise performance for diesel, heating oil and other mineral oils. The mechanical counter offers a smallest readable value of 0.1 liter and a registration capacity of 10 million liters, supporting extended operational periods without the need for frequent resets.
