The Aquametro CONTOIL VZO 20 RC 130/16-RV 1 is a robust and highly accurate ring piston oil meter designed for precise monitoring of mineral oil consumption in marine, industrial and energy applications. With a nominal diameter of DN 20 and 1 inch threaded ends (for 3/4 inch couplings), this meter integrates easily into new and existing installations. This model includes an integrated RV reed pulser within the register unit, providing dependable pulse output for remote monitoring, data logging or integration into control and automation systems. The pulser offers a pulse value of 1 liter and supports contact loads up to 48 V AC/DC and 50 mA, ensuring simple and robust signal transmission. The VZO 20 RC offers a wide measuring range from 30 to 1500 l/h and handles continuous flow rates up to 1000 l/h. With a measuring accuracy of ±1 percent of the measured value and a repeatability of ±0.2 percent, it ensures consistent, high-quality measurement results for diesel, heating oil and other mineral oils. The mechanical counter provides a smallest readable value of 0.1 liter and an extensive registration capacity of 10 million liters, supporting long-term consumption tracking without frequent resets.
